Larry Lopata is the founder of Non-Lethal Labs and a proven technology entrepreneur with a track record of commercializing breakthrough innovations. In 1999, he founded LED Dynamics, pioneering technologies that helped drive the global LED lighting revolution.

At Non-Lethal Labs, Larry is applying that same rigor to defense—developing scalable, non-lethal systems that deliver immediate, effective threat interruption while advancing a global shift toward humane security as the first line of defense.
