Non-lethal Labs’ mission was born from the lived experience of founder Larry Lopata who grew up in New York City in the 1970’s and 1980’s when NYC was at its most chaotic and unpredictable.  Early on, Larry understood that awareness, preparation and breaking a predator’s focus meant survival.
